Fr John Sebastian Ramesh OMI has been appointed as the new Chaplain for The University of Notre Dame Australia’s Fremantle Campus.

Fr John Sebastian started his vocation in 1993 at St Paul’s Institute, Chennai, India. He was ordained to Priesthood in 2005 at St John the Baptist Church, Chennai.
“I am very excited about my appointment as Chaplain at Notre Dame,” said Father John Sebastian.
“In my role as Chaplain, I look forward to providing as many opportunities as possible for staff and students to be involved with faith life on the Campus.”
Vice Chancellor, Professor Celia Hammond said, “We are blessed to have the Oblates servicing our community and we welcome Fr Ramesh to Notre Dame. I’m sure he will have a lot to offer to both our staff and students.”
