Abstract
Contemporary Challenges to Australian Security provides an introductory
overview of the key conceptual, theoretical, empirical and policy issues central to
critical security study debate.
This text provides a practical real-world overview of the various elements that
together constitute ‘Australian security’. Through the use of primary source
materials this book invites the reader to assess the changing nature of Australian
security in the context of the increasingly fluid, complex and dynamic nature of
Asia–Pacific and global politics.
