Abstract
The last two years have seen many projects in conferences and written works dealing with interpreting the issues of Vatican II (1). Tonight [4.12.2003] as we celebrate the exact day of the promulgation of the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy, I have been assigned the pleasant task in focusing on the General Principles of the Constitution.
