Abstract

This paper reports on the methodology used to evaluate the WA Department of Health’s ‘Get the Facts’ youth website’s suitability and appeal to its target audience. Launched in March 2009 after state-wide consultation with young people, the website is aimed at 14 to 17 year olds and provides information on a range of topics, including contraception, STI/BBVs, body piercing and relationships.
