Abstract
The author provides the reader with food for thought about how this group of vulnerable migrant women coped with the process of migration. The results of this study were interesting and highlighted the distinctive roles a woman plays. The study is valuable for all health professionals. As nurses, we must consider the stress that women and their families endure following migration.
