Abstract
In this presentation, the presenter will explore how cutting-edge digital media can present dynamic articulations of political histories within formal museum spaces. Through focusing upon the re-design of Australia’s Old Parliament House, the presenter will demonstrate how interactive and immersive media are being used to imaginatively convey social and political narratives while enlivening heritage spaces. This hands-on workshop will enable participants to engage with the latest digital media theories and practices and design their own exciting, interactive exhibition.
